如何處理真空系統污染
低(di)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)裝置(zhi)如真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)輸(shu)送、真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)浸(jin)漬、真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)過濾(lv)、真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)單(dan)調、真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)脫氣(qi)(鋼水處置(zhi))等懇(ken)(ken)求具(ju)有工作壓力高、排(pai)氣(qi)量大的低(di)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)抽(chou)氣(qi)機組(zu),這類(lei)低(di)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)抽(chou)氣(qi)機組(zu)主泵(beng)常用往復式真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)、油封式真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)、水蒸氣(qi)放射(she)泵(beng)、水環泵(beng)、羅茨泵(beng)等。運用的低(di)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)抽(chou)氣(qi)機組(zu)還需根據被(bei)抽(chou)氣(qi)體清(qing)潔程度、濕度或其他特殊懇(ken)(ken)求,配(pei)置(zhi)必要(yao)的除塵器(qi)、單(dan)調罐等部件。
水蒸氣(qi)在(zai)緊縮過(guo)程(cheng)中會凝結成(cheng)水滴,并與泵(beng)混合構成(cheng)懸(xuan)浮液,不只會使(shi)(shi)真空度(du)降落,也能(neng)使(shi)(shi)泵(beng)腔與轉子(zi)生銹,破壞密封面,使(shi)(shi)泵(beng)的(de)極限真空度(du)降落。為此,防止水蒸氣(qi)對機(ji)械泵(beng)的(de)污染很重要。防止的(de)措施有(you):
(1 )選用帶有氣鎮裝置的油(you)封機械泵;
(2 )裝(zhuang)油(you)分(fen)別器、離(li)心式分(fen)別器或油(you)水分(fen)別器,將混(hun)有水的(de)機(ji)械泵油(you)中止處置,處置過的(de)油(you)再流入泵中運用;
(3 )運用吸水(shui)性強的(de)單調劑;
(4 )運用(yong)液氮(dan)冷阱,不只能有效地(di)吸(xi)附水蒸氣,同時(shi)還(huan)可以阻撓機械泵油向高真空室返(fan)流。
油擴散泵真空系統污染與防治
油(you)擴(kuo)(kuo)散泵真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)系統是運用最(zui)普遍的(de)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)系統,其獲(huo)得真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)度(du)范(fan)圍為(wei)1.3×10-3 ~1.3×10-5 Pa。油(you)擴(kuo)(kuo)散泵真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)系統構(gou)成的(de)各類真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)裝置,長期運用后,常見的(de)缺點是真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)度(du)抽不(bu)上去,或(huo)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)度(du)抽不(bu)到原來的(de)極限真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)水平(ping)。與真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)室內壁的(de)油(you)蒸氣(qi)污(wu)染、真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)工(gong)藝過(guo)程各種(zhong)污(wu)染物的(de)污(wu)染有關(guan),防止(zhi)的(de)辦法是:
(1 )定期清洗真(zhen)空室;
(2 )定(ding)期對油(you)封機械(xie)真空泵(beng)和油(you)金屬(shu)擴散泵(beng)中(zhong)止清洗(xi)。
